WELCOME to the new FSU graduate admissions Application Review Portal!  We are confident you will find this portal convenient and easy to use.  To log in, enter your username and password (provided by Admissions Office).

Within this portal, graduate applications are grouped in the following folders (TABS).  Please read the tab descriptions below carefully.  

All Prospects:  a comprehensive list of all prospects, including those who have NOT created/submitted an application, as well as those who HAVE created an application, within the academic program(s) the person logged on has access to.

All Applications:  a comprehensive list of all applications, of any status, within the academic program(s) the person logged on has access to, including in progress (not yet submitted) applications, submitted/incomplete applications, ready for review applications, and decisioned applications.  NOTE:  access in progress and submitted/incomplete applications is for informational purposes only.  An admission decision cannot be entered on an application until the status is Ready for Review.

Ready to Review:  all applications submitted, all application materials required for admission evaluation have been received, and application is ready for program review/evaluation and an admission recommendation.  
GRADUATE PROGRAM DECISION MAKERS:  USE THIS FOLDER TO ACCESS APPLICATIONS TO SUBMIT THE ADMISSION RECOMMENDATION TO THE GRADUATE ADMISSIONS OFFICE.

My Reviews:  all application reviews completed by person logged on.

Decisions Submitted to GS:  all applications for whom an official program admission recommendation has been submitted.
